Gary is a seasoned, nonprofit professional with 50 years of experience in community-based organizing, human services and community development.  He played a key founding role in seven community based nonprofit organizations, often as the founding director and he brings that experience to the work of Las Señoras.   He is glad to volunteer his time to help Las Señoras emerge as the thriving organization it is becoming

Toni Belknap-Brinegard is a non-Spanish-speaking member of Las Senoras who plays a support role as the Navigator & leadership trainer.  Toni and Griselda have worked together since 2015 when Griselda shared her dream of creating a group of empowered Spanish-speaking leaders to help make her dream a reality.  Seeing Las Senoras become a thriving and successful organization has truly been a privilege for Toni to witness and support.
